A 1946 design by Edward Wormley for Dunbar, the model 4599 bench (lovingly termed the "Long John") or coffee table has a low profile with segmented, tongue-and-groove construction atop four hairpin legs in bent ash - a Dunbar signature. A single, shallow drawer is suspended beneath the walnut top, which retains the Dunbar green label. Condition: Excellent restored condition; professionally refinished.
